We provide beautifully arranged seating, decor, and all the essentials to set the perfect vibe for any occasion. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or just a relaxing day with friends, our pop-up picnics offer a unique and intimate setting. We handle the setup and cleanup, so all you have to do is bring the company and enjoy the moment! WHAT'S INCLUDED: Themed Setup: -Signature pink striped lounge furniture -Picnic tables with white linens -One additional table for extra seating -Pink runners to complete the table setting Tableware & Essentials: -Pink plates -Gold utensils -Plastic cups -Red silk bow napkins -Rattan placemats for a stylish touch Decor & Ambience: -Red and pink candles with bows for added warmth and charm -Personalized place cards for each guest -Baskets with 10 white blankets for seating Service: -Professional delivery and setup -Post-event clean-up by our team WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Food & Beverages: Meals, snacks, and drinks are not provided (unless specified as an add-on). Entertainment: Music, games, or any additional interactive activities are not included. Additional Customizations: Extra decor items or custom elements beyond the standard setup may incur additional charges.












Cancellation Policy
Radiant Events Booking Policy 1. Booking & Deposit Reservation Process: Complete our online booking form or contact us directly to reserve your service. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required upon booking to secure your event date and cover initial planning costs. 2. Payment Terms Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 7–14 days before the event date via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking, with the deposit retained. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: Cancellations will forfeit the $350 deposit. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling within 14 days may incur extra fees and still require the deposit. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), we will work to reschedule or offer credit for a future event. 4. Service Modifications Changes: Any modifications to your booking must be requested at least 14 days before the event; additional charges may apply. Add-Ons: Optional extras can be added at the time of booking for an additional fee. 5. Delivery, Setup & Client Responsibilities Service Delivery: We will deliver, set up, and (if applicable) operate the equipment. Please ensure the event space is accessible and ready 60 minutes before setup. Permits: Radiant Events obtains all necessary permits for the event. Client Responsibilities: Ensure the event space meets any specific requirements provided by Radiant Events. 6. Liability & Damages Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or property. A damage deposit may be required and refunded if no damages occur. Liability: Radiant Events is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event; we recommend obtaining event insurance. Indemnification: By booking, you agree to hold Radiant Events harmless from any claims or losses related to our services. 7. Final Confirmation A final confirmation with all event details will be sent 7 days prior to your event. Please review and report any corrections immediately. Non-compliance with these terms may result in cancellation without refund.
