Each station includes all the mixers, syrups, garnishes, and ice for guests to create their own perfect drink. Plus, enjoy bottled water and soda, included for every guest. Set up is seamless, and we take care of everything from setup to cleanup! Whether it’s a chic outdoor picnic or a lively celebration, our drink stations will keep the party flowing. Cheers to unforgettable moments! 🥂 🍹Cocktail Station🍹 Price: $8 per person Includes: -1 Cocktail Type (e.g., Margarita, Moscow Mule) -Flavor Customization: Syrups, mixers, and garnishes for different flavors -Water & Soda: 1 bottled water and 1 soda per person (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, etc.) -Setup: Self-serve station with all necessary ingredients, ice, straws, napkins, and disposable cups. -Labor Fee: $100 for setup and breakdown 🍹Mocktail Station (Non-Alcoholic)🍹 Price: $5 per person Includes: -3 Mocktail Options (e.g., Virgin Mojito, Fruit Punch, Lemonade) -Water & Soda: 1 bottled water and 1 soda per person (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, etc.) -Setup: Self-serve station with all necessary ingredients, ice, straws, napkins, and disposable cups. -Labor Fee: $100 for setup and breakdown Example Pricing: For 20 Guests: Cocktail Station: 20 x $8 = $160 Labor Fee: $100 Total: $260 For 40 Guests: Cocktail Station: 40 x $8 = $320 Labor Fee: $100 Total: $420 Additional Add-ons: -Custom drink options: Available for an extra fee, based on your preferences. -Upgraded disposable drinkware, based on your preferences. -Extra sodas: $2 per additional soda per guest.




Cancellation Policy
Radiant Events Booking Policy 1. Booking & Deposit Reservation Process: Complete our online booking form or contact us directly to reserve your service. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required upon booking to secure your event date and cover initial planning costs. 2. Payment Terms Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 7–14 days before the event date via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking, with the deposit retained. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: Cancellations will forfeit the $350 deposit. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling within 14 days may incur extra fees and still require the deposit. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), we will work to reschedule or offer credit for a future event. 4. Service Modifications Changes: Any modifications to your booking must be requested at least 14 days before the event; additional charges may apply. Add-Ons: Optional extras can be added at the time of booking for an additional fee. 5. Delivery, Setup & Client Responsibilities Service Delivery: We will deliver, set up, and (if applicable) operate the equipment. Please ensure the event space is accessible and ready 60 minutes before setup. Permits: Radiant Events obtains all necessary permits for the event. Client Responsibilities: Ensure the event space meets any specific requirements provided by Radiant Events. 6. Liability & Damages Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or property. A damage deposit may be required and refunded if no damages occur. Liability: Radiant Events is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event; we recommend obtaining event insurance. Indemnification: By booking, you agree to hold Radiant Events harmless from any claims or losses related to our services. 7. Final Confirmation A final confirmation with all event details will be sent 7 days prior to your event. Please review and report any corrections immediately. Non-compliance with these terms may result in cancellation without refund.
