Let’s add extra comfy seating, a cute popcorn bar, or maybe a little string lighting magic to set the vibe. From cozy blankets to chic decor, we've got you covered. It's like your own personal movie theater, but better — because it's outside, the snacks are endless, and no one will judge you for laughing too loud! Feeling brave? Set it up by the pool and watch Jaws while floating in the water. It’s a movie night you’ll never forget (unless you’re too scared to get out of the pool). 🦈🍿 WHAT'S INCLUDED: Movie Setup Essentials: -Projector: High-quality projector for clear visuals -Blow-Up Screen: Large, inflatable screen for the perfect movie experience -Power Source: Necessary power supply to ensure smooth operation -Speaker: High-quality sound system for clear audio -iPad: Used for managing and controlling the movie playback Service: -Professional setup and breakdown by our team -On-site technical support to ensure everything runs smoothly WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED (Add-Ons): -Seating Arrangement: Custom seating, chairs, blankets, or lounge setups -Popcorn Bar: A fun snack station with popcorn and toppings -Food & Beverages: Any food or drink service -Decor: Themed decor, such as string lights, lanterns, or additional ambiance pieces -Entertainment or Activities: Games, live entertainment, or other activities outside of the movie setup
Cancellation Policy
Radiant Events Booking Policy 1. Booking & Deposit Reservation Process: Complete our online booking form or contact us directly to reserve your service. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required upon booking to secure your event date and cover initial planning costs. 2. Payment Terms Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 7–14 days before the event date via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking, with the deposit retained. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: Cancellations will forfeit the $350 deposit. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling within 14 days may incur extra fees and still require the deposit. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), we will work to reschedule or offer credit for a future event. 4. Service Modifications Changes: Any modifications to your booking must be requested at least 14 days before the event; additional charges may apply. Add-Ons: Optional extras can be added at the time of booking for an additional fee. 5. Delivery, Setup & Client Responsibilities Service Delivery: We will deliver, set up, and (if applicable) operate the equipment. Please ensure the event space is accessible and ready 60 minutes before setup. Permits: Radiant Events obtains all necessary permits for the event. Client Responsibilities: Ensure the event space meets any specific requirements provided by Radiant Events. 6. Liability & Damages Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or property. A damage deposit may be required and refunded if no damages occur. Liability: Radiant Events is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event; we recommend obtaining event insurance. Indemnification: By booking, you agree to hold Radiant Events harmless from any claims or losses related to our services. 7. Final Confirmation A final confirmation with all event details will be sent 7 days prior to your event. Please review and report any corrections immediately. Non-compliance with these terms may result in cancellation without refund.
